Nick Robinson

Chief Executive Officer · Co-Founder

Builds businesses from scratch and fixes what’s broken before anyone hands him the manual.

Seventeen years of starting, scaling, and selling technology firms, with leadership seats on the acquisition side after both exits. Nick started as an infrastructure engineer, which is why he thinks in systems and traces problems back to root causes instead of symptoms. He has no patience for theory that doesn’t produce outcomes.

Ken Shields

Ken has led global operations across $4B+ programs, overseeing 200+ employees and 30+ business units. He’s doubled revenue through process transformation, scaled a professional services business 4X in twelve months, and turned around underperforming organizations into profitable operations. His view: most companies don’t have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem.

Kraig Kubicek

Kraig has grown organizations from 10 to 80 employees and from $1.5M to $16M, culminating in a successful private equity exit. He’s built national channel programs spanning 300+ MSPs and launched go-to-market motions for cloud, managed services, and SaaS. He calls himself a data junkie, though not because he loves spreadsheets. The right data tells you exactly where the friction is.

Thirteen-plus years as a CFO and operator inside growing companies. Derek has lived the reality that most finance problems aren’t really finance problems.
