Leadership Team: The Atlas Council of Founding OperatorsOperators in every seat.
Every member of Atlas Collective has sat in an executive seat. We’ve built businesses, scaled them, and in many cases sold them. That’s not a bio line. It’s our operating model.
Four founders. One bench.
Each of us has built or run the kind of business we now work inside. Different seats, same DNA: find the friction, fix what’s broken, and leave the organization running better than we found it.
Matt Reuter
President · Co-Founder
Turns IT from a cost center into a competitive advantage.
Matt has spent his career making technology serve the business instead of the other way around. He’s built vCIO practices inside high-growth organizations and led clients through the transformations that actually move the number. He reads a technology decision the way an operator reads a P&L: every call either creates leverage or quietly bleeds it. He now focuses that lens on AI strategy, helping clients separate high-impact use cases from expensive distractions.

Chief Executive Officer · Co-Founder
Builds businesses from scratch and fixes what’s broken before anyone hands him the manual.
Seventeen years of starting, scaling, and selling technology firms, with leadership seats on the acquisition side after both exits. Nick started as an infrastructure engineer, which is why he thinks in systems and traces problems back to root causes instead of symptoms. Today he applies that same diagnostic rigor to AI adoption, helping leadership teams pinpoint where automation creates the most operational value. He has no patience for theory that doesn’t produce outcomes.

Chief Revenue Officer · Co-Founder
Builds revenue engines that outlast him.
Kraig has grown organizations from 10 to 80 employees and from $1.5M to $16M, culminating in a successful private equity exit. He’s built national channel programs spanning 300+ MSPs and launched go-to-market motions for cloud, managed services, and SaaS. He calls himself a data junkie, though not because he loves spreadsheets. He uses AI and predictive analytics to surface pipeline patterns and revenue signals that manual reporting misses. The right data tells you exactly where the friction is.

Chief Operating Officer · Co-Founder
Makes complex operations run quietly.
Twenty-plus years scaling complex organizations. Mike has seen what breaks at 20 employees, at 50, at 100, and at 200. He fixes it before it shows up in the margin. He builds the operating rhythms, delivery systems, and accountability structures that move a business from founder-dependent execution to something that runs on purpose, not heroics. Increasingly, that means embedding AI into the workflows where manual effort creates the biggest drag on capacity.

When you bring Atlas in, you’re not hiring a firm. You’re adding a bench of operators who have done the job before, and who stay in the work until results hold.
